After looking at a number of E bikes i found that this bike had the power and battery range together with very appealling styling and wheel size for my needs. The communication betwen myself and the seller has been excellent, keeping me informed and answering any questions i had. The bike came very well packaged. Everything was well wrapped and protected inside the box. Assembling the bike was easy enough using the tool provided, which is a good idea！
