The packaging was good and strong without any damage or scratches. Although the cartoons were completely crushed during the transportation, the packaging of the scooters was good and fixed. After opening the cartoon, I connected the front wheel and still the scooter steering wheel You disconnected the battery cable and this was a good thing because during transport this disconnection of the battery cable increases the life and prevents the battery from breaking down. All the scooter options were great. From the catalog booklet to the assembly wrench. Chargers are accurate and you paid attention to all the details, thank you and I am really satisfied.

Wow! I purchased my Chopper scooter and it has blown my mind. Soversky has the BEST customer service anywhere. I been in contact with Chloe from day one and I had thounsands of questions and they were all answered in a timely manner via text. She walked me through the process of buying, shipping and installing. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with. Now, on to the chopper. Not even is my chopper sexy looking but quiet. I was anxious to get on and drive it but all that went away after a couple of laps around an empty parking lot. The technology and thought that went into the Soversky M1 is surreal. Everything is designed to make the rider feel comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I did it all on line so there was a buyer doubt but again, Schuck walked me through everything and made me feel that she truly cared. SoverSky is the best and its also doing a great impact for the environment.
