EDIT to 4 stars: After emailing a few pics and videos back and forth, all of my issues are solved. I still think better instructions for assembly would be amazing. This scooter is really great and my wife and I can’t wait to take it out and put some miles on. I put a cargo box with passenger back rest on so she can be super comfy.
I'm giving this 3 star rating based on how the scooter arrived to me. It was loaded on a pallet on its side, which seems to have caused some brake fluid to drain onto one of the handgrips in shipping and made it very difficult to get into my home. The dimensions of the box when upright (based on the arrows on the side of the box) would have made carting it that way much easier than on its side and may have prevented the leak. I can add fluid and drain the line and have been advised on how to. Avoiding that in the first place would be better.
Assembly was not difficult but it could have been much easier. The video on the website is not detailed enough to clearly show the installation of the front brake assembly and it took a few tries to get the correct combination of spacers, position, and fasteners. Some printed directions or a QR code/web link to directions online would have solved this. The rest is much more straightforward but directions/instructions are, to me, a minimum standard for assembling your own scooter - especially one with this kind of speed potential - a person does not want to be wrong at 45 MPH.
I had a fair number of extra nuts and screws and I was missing the screws to attach the plastic footrests to the metal brackets. Otherwise the parts and tools were there and complete. I did not need to use tools other than what was included to put the scooter together.
Out of the box, when first turned on, the dash did not show a "gear" position and I have been in touch with the seller to remedy that. Hopefully it is simple. It also is electronically governed at 25-27MPH but is advertised to go almost twice that fast. I am also in touch with the seller regarding that issue but it is not resolved as of a few days of emailing back and forth.
The scooter is solid with a build quality that makes me feel comfortable. The tires are massive so stability will not be an issue. The seat is comfortable and plenty big enough for 2 adults. That was a relief as it was my main motivator for purchase. The alarm works well and is loud. It's nice to be able to use it without the key hanging from the ignition and just start it via the fob. I was not aware I'd have that option so it is a plus.
Overall I am happy with the build quality and am disappointed to have as many issues upon receiving and assembling the scooter. Assembly instructions should be included. Even cheap furniture has those and I don't trust a nightstand with my life like I will this scooter. The fact that it is at about 1/2 spec for top speed out of the box is disappointing, too. Again, if this is programmable or an easy fix, instructions should be included either online or on paper in the box.
Lastly, the decal package, which is strange but neat looking, is peeling on most of the scooter, which makes me wonder if the one I got has been in a warehouse for a long time. There are no other signs of rust or deterioration. I only mention this because I bought it brand new with an expectation of a brand new feel all around. The odometer had zero miles and there is no sign of prior use - but the peeling stickers make me wonder how long it's been warehoused. Hopefully that will not cause further issues going forward.
I will revise this review up when it's in 100% working order as advertised. For now I will hope it's an easy fix. I expected to be able to get this on the road right away and it's disappointing not to be able to. Once I can, I will be much more satisfied.

This scooter is amazing, it is the fastest I have ever ridden, reaching up to 55 miles per hour which is a crazy speed. And the range per charge is not bad, around 70 miles, I live in the country, that is enough for me to use every day.
